Colt

Colt series fixtures are the standard in tool coating. In Colt holders, tools are usually coated with 3-fold rotation so that a uniform coating is deposited on the circumference.

Sphere

With fixtures from the Sphere series, the functional surfaces of your products are inclined towards the evaporation sources so that the highest layer thickness is applied there.

Gearboxes

Gearboxes form the basis for hanging or spear-guided charging. In this area, 4pvd offers a high degree of variability for your coating system.

TongS

The PVD coating of indexable inserts without a hole is subject to special challenges:

1. The cutting edges point in all possible directions and require charging as freely as possible.
